1. Services

Pulseonix provides cybersecurity research, penetration testing, security audits, code review, project development, and related advisory services. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined per engagement in a written agreement.

2. Authorization

You represent that you have full legal authority to authorize security testing on the systems, applications, and infrastructure specified in the engagement scope. Unauthorized testing is strictly prohibited.

3. Scope & Limitations

All work is limited to the explicitly agreed scope. Findings outside scope may be reported separately but are not guaranteed. Security testing cannot provide absolute assurance — no assessment can identify every possible vulnerability.

4. Confidentiality

All findings, reports, and data shared during an engagement are treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose vulnerabilities or engagement details without explicit written consent, except as required by law.

5. Deliverables

Standard deliverables include a written report detailing findings, reproduction steps, impact analysis, and remediation recommendations. Retesting of resolved findings is included per the engagement agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulseonix's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential damages arising from security issues present before or after our assessment.

7. Intellectual Property

All tools, methodologies, and proprietary techniques used during an engagement remain the intellectual property of Pulseonix. Deliverables produced for you are yours to use for remediation and compliance purposes.

8. Payment

Payment terms are specified per engagement. Late payments may result in suspension of work. We reserve the right to pursue collection for unpaid invoices.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement per the terms of the written agreement. Upon termination, you will receive all work product completed up to that point.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before seeking legal remedies.
